Shipment 

We usually only deliver within Switzerland. The standard tariffs of Swiss Post apply to the order and depend on the weight of the package.

Delivery for domestic orders of over 150 CHF are free of charge.

Return Policy

We respect your customer rights. You can return the purchased product within 14 days of receiving it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The shipping costs may not be reimbursed. 
The sales or damaged items cannot be returned.

We try to do our best to pack your orders, but we cannot guarantee that it is carefully transported by post. Therefore, if you received the damaged item, please, send us the picture without delay so we can solve this issue asap. 

Hand-made Disclaimer. Please be aware that all our products are hand-made, and even though we aspire to create only the best, there might be inconsistencies, making each item look slightly different from the others in the collection. Nevertheless, such "imperfections" make each piece unique. The items may have the same design but have some differences in colour tone, texture, consistency, pattern, scent intensity etc. Due to the material qualities of Jesmonite, there might be also some bubble signs on the product. In addition, the colour reproduction at the screen may be different than the colour of the real item, because of the photography light or screen quality. Such differences and some unique features should not be considered a fault.

If you would like to make a return, please, send us a request with the number of your order and the reason for requesting a return. Then, we will send you the guideline describing the return and reimbursement process.
